5 Ways to Boost Male Sexual Energy

I’m sure you agree that your sexual energy is not the same as it was when you were in your early twenties. Changing hormones, work, stress, and a busy lifestyle can all take their toll on your sexual libido and energy, but that does not mean you have to live with it.

In this article, I share 5 natural ways that can boost your sexual energy.

Stress is a libido and energy vampire. When you are stressed, your body releases cortisol, and as cortisol levels go up, testosterone levels tend to decrease. Testosterone is an important hormone for men’s libido, erectile function, and energy. Stress management techniques such as meditation, yoga, tai chi, deep breathing, or engaging in a hobby or other activity have been known to help lower blood pressure and reduce the amount of stress in the body. Improving your psychological health is going to help relax your mind so you can perform better sexually.

Exercising will help you boost your energy, increase testosterone, and improve your muscle mass. Not only will you feel better, but you will also look better. When you feel confident about your self-image, you feel sexier, and your partner will appreciably notice your improved physique. If you are more fit you will have more strength, energy, and endurance in the bedroom. There are even great sex exercises for men to help strengthen muscles needed for sex and more strenuous positions. Plus, working out can help you lose excess weight, which in itself is going to help increase your energy.

Play with Your Partner

Take a walk, play tennis, dance, train in the gym, or do something else you enjoy with your partner. You can unwind and reduce stress together while strengthening your bond and increasing the blood flow to your genitals. Getting sweaty together will make you more energetic in bed together and can help reignite the passion for each other.
